Durante el foro se identificó la relación entre los alimentos consumidos y el agua «que no se ve» presente en todas las etapas de su ciclo de vida. Asimismo, se presentaron opciones de consumo responsable que destacaron la importancia de comprar solo lo justo y necesario para evitar el desperdicio, comer productos locales y de temporada o cultivados en huertos caseros; además, de ofrecer alternativas domésticas para la disposición correcta de los residuos.
